Caleb DuBois serves as Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel, and Vice President of R.M. Davis in Portland, Maine, where he oversees the firm’s compliance activities and risk management and manages its legal affairs. Prior to joining R.M. Davis in 2022, Caleb was a shareholder at Bernstein Shur, where he represented investment advisory firms, banks, trust companies, broker-dealers, and corporations across a broad range of business development, regulatory compliance, and corporate matters, including advising C-suite executives on complex regulatory and fiduciary issues. A Maine native who grew up in Parsonsfield, Caleb holds a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and an A.B. from Bowdoin College, magna cum laude. He has served on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maine and now lives in North Yarmouth with his family.
