Taiwan in War and Peace

Stephen Harder, Vice-President of the Camden Conference, will discuss the special history and status of Taiwan, its importance in US China relations, and the possible shape of a crisis with global implications.

Stephen Harder, a Rockport resident, has lived and studied in Taiwan and practiced international law in Europe and China for 30 years. He recently retired as professor of practice of law at NYU in Shanghai.
