The Camden Conference is seeking an Administrative Assistant responsible for providing support for year-round operations and programming, including the execution of the Annual February Conference. This position is year-round with a part-time to full-time schedule. Candidates must be willing to commit to full-time work during December, January and February.
General administrative duties include maintaining and managing the database, monetary receipts, post office box, office phone, info email account and social networking sites, online event calendars, executing large mailings, filing, maintaining inventory of, and ordering office supplies, and additional miscellaneous duties to support office needs. During pre-Conference months, duties expand to include attendee and member relations and additional production responsibilities leading up to the Conference weekend. Successful candidates will be highly organized and detail-oriented with outstanding oral and written communication skills, proficient with MS Office products, QuickBooks, social media and email marketing platforms. Previous experience with donor databases is essential.
