Recent Developments in Russia to be discussed in Castine

Professor James Warhola will discuss recent developments in Russia and their impact on the region and Russia’s relations with the West on Tuesday, January 20, 1:00 pm at the Witherle Memorial Library in Castine. James Warhola is a professor of Political Science and Chair of the Political Science department at the University of Maine.
