Looking at Chinese Art with Expert Eyes – Bowdoin College Museum of Art

Jenny F. So, Chinese art historian and Adjunct Professor, Department of Fine Arts, University of Hong Kong, guides participants in a consideration of historic Chinese jades, ceramics, and paintings from Bowdoin’s collection, discussing authenticity, quality, and cultural context. This workshop is free and open to all. 

This workshop is held in conjunction with the exhibition Bowdoin Collects: Chinese Ceramics, Jades, and Paintings, February 1, 2019 – January 5, 2020.
