India’s Architecture, Perspectives from Past and Present (Zoom)

The Camden Conference and Cushing Public Library host Judith Bing and J. Brooke Harrington on Sunday, January 7 at 1:30 p.m. for a virtual community event entitled: “India’s Architecture, Perspectives from Past and Present.” To register, please email Wendy Roberts at wrobertsmaine63@gmail.com or call (207)691-0833.
Beginning with historic context and significant sites, and followed with a focus on living environments, architects Brooke Harrington and Judy Bing present their explorations of India’s vast, diverse, rich – and sometimes overwhelming – built culture.
The presenters are professors emeriti of architecture, Brooke of Temple University and Judith of Drexel University, in Philadelphia. They live in Cushing, Maine.
