The Curriculum Enrichment Program (CEP) was created to make the Conference’s content more accessible to teachers and students. It consists of Study Guides with video clips for each Conference year, providing a structure and orientation to the study of international relations in the context of each Camden Conference since 2010. It is the goal of this program to open exciting learning opportunities for teachers and students in the classroom. Although the CEP has been specifically created for use in secondary schools, it can be appropriately used by any English-speaking students anywhere, from the middle school level through to senior colleges.
The Study Guides to the Camden Conference now cover the following topics:
• 2010: “Afghanistan, Pakistan, India – Crossroads of Conflict”
• 2011: “The Challenges of Asia”
• 2012: “The U.S. in a 21st Century World: Do We Have What It Takes?”
• 2013: “The Middle East; What’s Next?”
• 2014: “The Global Politics of Food and Water”
These Study Guides complement the Camden Conference website that houses the CamCast video collection of Conferences dating back to 2006, as well as a wide variety of supplemental materials including articles, book lists, calendar of upcoming events, press releases, membership opportunities, and links to other related websites.
