Below is a list of sponsorship opportunities

Ticket sales cover just 60% of the costs associated with running the Camden Conference, and we depend on the goodwill of conference participants, foundations, and local businesses who understand the importance of world affairs to make up the difference. Business contributions and sponsorships are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Global Conference Sponsor: $10,000

• Sponsor recognition in all Camden Conference programming, including: Annual February Conference at four venues, Energy Symposium, Special Events, and Community Events.
• List the Sponsor on the website, www.camdenconference.org, with link to Sponsor’s website.
• List the Sponsor in the Conference program and on all posters in communities from Portland to Bar Harbor.
• Name the Sponsor on the Conference’s stage screen before the start of each day of the Conference.
• Thank the sponsor during the Conference introduction.
• Sponsor employees in clothing with sponsor logos are welcome as Conference volunteers.
• Display the sponsor’s banner at the Camden Opera House during the Conference.
• Announce sponsorship in a press release; provide table at the Conference for Sponsor materials.
• Two free tickets to the Conference; Friday dinner with speakers before the Keynote Address.
• Up to three lower-price tickets for Rockland or Belfast venues for Sponsor employees.

February Conference Sponsor: $5,000

• List the Sponsor on the website, www.camdenconference.org, with link to Sponsor’s website.
• List the Sponsor in the Conference program and on all posters in communities from Portland to Bar Harbor.
• Name the Sponsor on the Conference’s stage screen before the start of each day of the Conference
• Thank the sponsor during the Conference introduction
• Display the sponsor’s banner at the Camden Opera House during the Conference
• Announce the sponsorship in a press release, provide a table at the Conference for Sponsor materials
• Two free tickets to the February Conference; Friday dinner with speakers before the Keynote Address
• Up to three lower-price tickets for Rockland or Belfast venues for Sponsor employees.

February Conference Program(s) Session Sponsor: $2,000 (per session)

• List the Sponsor in the Conference program and on the website
• Name the Sponsor on the Conference’s stage screen before the session(s) begins
• Thank the Sponsor during the Session(s) introduction
• Announce the sponsorship in a press release
• One free ticket to the February Conference
• One lower-price ticket for Rockland or Belfast venues for a Sponsor employee.

Special Event Sponsor: $2,000

• List Sponsor in the Special Event program, the Conference program and the website
• Thank the Sponsor during the stage introduction
• Announce the sponsorship in a press release
• Two free tickets to the Special Event and one free ticket to the February Conference
• Welcome Sponsor employees in sponsor logo clothing to volunteer at sponsored event.

“Highlights” Underwriter: $2,000

• Acknowledge the Underwriter in Highlights of the Camden Conference, which is produced immediately following the Conference. (2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 Highlights currently available)
• List the Underwriter in the Conference program and the website
• One free ticket to the Conference

Scholarship/Internship Underwriter: $500

• List the Underwriter in the Conference program and the website
• Acknowledge the Underwriter in the Newsletter

Community Event Sponsor: $250/Event or $3,000 for all Events

• List the Sponsor in the Conference program and the website
• Mention the Sponsor at the Community Event(s)
• Provide a table at the Event(s) for the Sponsor’s materials
