The effective date of this policy as posted is August 8, 2007.
All event ticket sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or the facility is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified if this occurs if you provide us with a valid e-mail address or phone number.
Refunds due to event cancellation or unforeseen facility closure will be issued in the form of a check that will be mailed to the address we have on record for you. Please allow four to six weeks from the date of the event cancellation for receipt of your refund check. The cost of your ticket(s) will be refunded, but online order convenience/handling fees will not be refunded.
All merchandise sales are final. We will not issue cash refunds for merchandise. However, if the item you receive is defective, we will be glad to replace it. Please see our exchange policy below for more information.
Once you have purchased your tickets, the sale is final. If you change your mind about where you would like to attend an event, you may purchase tickets for an alternate venue if tickets for that venue are available. However, you are responsible for negotiating the exchange of the original tickets with other interested parties. The Camden Conference will maintain a "waiting list" of people who wish to attend events at the various venues, and we will be glad to connect you with people on that list.
If you order merchandise from the Camden Conference and it turns out to be defective, we will gladly replace it. Please contact the Camden Conference office at the address and phone number listed below. Exchanges of DVDs and audio CDs may take up to 6 weeks. Exchanges of clothing and printed materials may take up to 4 weeks.
